Announcing our next Yale New York Benefit:
Join other Yalies for an exciting event at the very exclusive Reebok Sports Club on the Upper West Side. Along with a three-day pass (usable anytime this year), enjoy a daytime Saturday class specially designed for Yalies and friends, followed by a delicious and healthy lunch party. Your attendance at this special event will benefit the newly rejuvenated Yale Alumni Association of Metropolitan NY, a revitalized alumni community nonprofit by and for Yalies who want more out of their alumni experience in NYC.
Reebok Sports Club is one of the premier sports clubs in the city, a 140,000-sq.-ft. facility with state-of-the-art fitness equipment, a 75-ft. swimming pool, a mind-body program, volleyball and basketball courts, a rock-climbing wall, a boxing studio, a lavish spa/massage facility, and 170 classes every week. This is your chance to try it out for three whole days!
Tickets are limited, so be sure to buy yours before they sell out. Ticket price is $40 and includes the special Saturday class, delicious healthy lunch, three day pass, and a donation to Yale New York! (Regular membership at Reebok costs $1200 to join, and $215/month, so $40 for a three day trial, with special class and lunch and donation is great value!)

12:00 - 12:30 Sign in, go to the locker room, and change
12:30 - 1:30 Class of your choice
1:30 - 2:00 Shower, steam, sauna, change
2:00 - 3:30 Lunch party catered by Sidewalk Café
Classes -- Please choose ONE:
1. Rock Climbing : strength training and flexibility enhancing workout: scale their 3 story, 40 foot wall. Security harness and climbing shoes will be provided, along with special instruction
2. Zenergy: a dynamic fusion of traditional yoga, aerobics, strength training and restorative meditation. New signature class only available at Reebok Sports Club
